Plan & Billing shows exactly what your plan includes
The Plan & Billing tab in Settings shows your workspace's current plan and how much of each limit is in use. Each plan lists what it actually includes: minutes per month, AI agents, campaigns, lead capacity and the rate after your included minutes.

Plan limits now apply to your whole workspace
Every member of a workspace now gets the workspace's plan limits for agents, campaigns, leads and calls. Previously a member other than the account owner could be held to lower limits than the plan provides.

Easier to read, in light and dark mode and on phones
Text and controls have clearer contrast in both light and dark mode, and pages no longer scroll sideways on a phone. Navigation also works better with a keyboard and screen reader: the current page is announced, and buttons that show only an icon now say what they do.

Screens tell you when something didn't load
If a page can't load its information, it now says so and offers a Try again button, instead of showing a brief notice and then an empty page that looked like your data had gone. Nothing is lost when this happens.

Your provider credentials are no longer sent to your browser
The settings screen used to load your saved API keys — Twilio, and your AI and speech providers — into the page in order to display them. They are no longer sent to the browser at all.
The screen now tells you whether each integration is configured, and you type a new value only when you want to replace one. Saving without touching a credential leaves it exactly as it was.

Invite colleagues to your organisation
You can now add people to your account. An owner or an admin can invite by email; the invitation expires after seven days and can be withdrawn before it is accepted.
Nobody can grant a role above their own, and removing someone keeps the record that they were once there — which is what an audit of who had access to your call transcripts needs.

Clearer empty screens
Screens with nothing on them now explain what they are for and what to do next.
Call logs in particular used to say "No logs found" whether you had never made a call or had simply filtered them all out of view. Those are now two different messages, and the filtered one offers to clear the filter.
