Call recordings and transcripts are personal data belonging to the people on the call, not only to you. The platform treats them that way.
What is stored
Contact details you import, call recordings where recording is enabled, transcripts, qualification decisions, consent records and audit events.
Encryption
Provider credentials and other secrets are encrypted at rest. The application does not return them once saved — the settings screen tells you whether a credential is configured rather than showing you the value.
Retention
Recordings and transcripts have a retention period, after which they are deleted. A legal hold takes precedence: material under hold is retained until the hold is lifted, even if its retention period has passed.
Export
You can export your data at any time from the Privacy Centre, in a machine- readable format. This includes contacts, call records, transcripts and consent records.
Erasure
A request to erase a specific person's data can be actioned from the Privacy Centre. Erasure interacts with retention and legal hold: material under hold cannot be erased until the hold is released, and the platform will tell you when that is the case rather than silently doing nothing.
